Returns and Warranties

RETURN POLICY:

At Amerimoon, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for the return. Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

Please note the following guidelines:
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be in their original, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item received.

WARRANTY AND DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will replace the item at no additional cost. For items covered under a manufacturer's warranty, we will assist you in contacting the manufacturer for repair or replacement options.

Please note the following warranty guidelines:
- Warranty coverage varies by product and is provided by the manufacturer.
- Warranty periods and terms are specified in the product descriptions.
- Damage due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear is not covered under the warranty.

How to Initiate a Return or Warranty Claim:

1. Contact Customer Support: Email our customer support team at tiktok@amerimoon.com with your order number, details of the issue, and any relevant photos if applicable.

2. Return Authorization: Once your return or warranty claim is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Please include this number with your returned items.

3. Pack and Ship: Pack the items securely in the original packaging, include a copy of the packing slip or order confirmation, and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship the items to the address provided by our customer support team.

4. Processing and Refund: Once we receive the returned items, we will inspect them and process your refund or replacement. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the return is processed.
